Job summary

FMC Ice Sports, the Facility Management Corporation, seeks a Facility Operator in Marlborough, MA to keep venues clean, safe, and functional. You will operate ice resurfacers, support routine maintenance, and assist guests during public hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with valid Driver's License.
• Able to analyze situations and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.
