Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Worcester, MA seeks a Facility Operator to maintain operations of public ice arenas. You will perform routine facility maintenance, operate the ice resurfacer, and ensure cleanliness and safety for patrons.

Training is provided; compensation starts at training rate with planned increases. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and communicate effectively. Nights, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age with a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure the facility.
• Operate and maintain ice resurfacer to prepare ice surface.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and safe for public access.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
