Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee on-site staff and facilities, ensuring clean, safe, and healthy operations during public hours. You will drive/operate the ice resurfacer and manage routine maintenance and required logs.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED, 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of experience in an ice arena. Full-time with benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K and earned time after eligibility.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License.
• One year of work experience in an ice arena or similar organization.
• Experience operating an ice resurfacer preferred, but training may be provided.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and arena facilities.
• Complete and maintain required logs.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned regularly.
• Schedule and manage payroll as determined by management.
• Train new hires in coordination with management.
• Oversee on-site staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
