Job summary

Oak Lawn Park District is hiring a Front Desk Attendant for weekend and evening shifts to support daily operations at the Ice Arena. You will answer phones, process admissions for open skate and events, and assist with program registrations using RecTrac and POS systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and familiarity with Word and Excel. CPR/First Aid/AED certification is preferred or obtainable within 3 months, with opportunities to enjoy staff benefits and staff fitness

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to build relationships with patrons.
• Clear communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Money handling and cash control experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities
