Homewood--flossmoor-Park-Distric is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to run the customer service desk, process registrations, skate rental and ice rental payments. The role requires friendly, accurate service, and the ability to work days, nights and weekends.

The position involves handling cash, answering phones, and providing information on Ice Arena programs while adhering to established policies and safety procedures. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain balanced cash drawer and deposits.
• Answer phones and provide information on programs and operations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Assist supervisors and manager in daily operations.
