Job summary

Ise Labs Inc And Subsidiary in Fremont, CA is seeking a qualified Engineer to oversee ICOS inspection equipment and test systems. This role focuses on developing and coordinating activities to ensure accurate and repeatable testing for packaged ICs.

You will analyze data, create recipes for IC packaging inspection, and provide technical support to customer engineers. A bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials engineering and hands-on lab experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 0 to 3+ years in Packaging, Assembly, and Product Engineering or related roles.
• Experience with lab tools and data analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Engineer for KLA ICOS inspection equipment.
• Create new product recipes for inspection of packaged ICs.
• Develop and optimize test systems for accuracy and repeatability.
• Provide technical support to customer engineers.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Consult with management, production, and marketing on feasibility and demand for new/existing products.
