Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or IC testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment.
• Experience with IC fabrication processes preferred.
• Technical electronics testing and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and prototype testing of IC packages by trimming leads, verifying package seal integrity, and setting up and operating semi-automated test systems to validate DC and RF electrical performance.
• Prepare finished IC packages for shipment, including tape-and-reel packaging.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.
• Perform manufacturing operations in an ESD-controlled environment while maintaining accuracy, handling small components, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Manage priorities, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to continuous operational efficiency.
