McCormick & Company in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Sr. Manager Integrated Business Planning & Transformation. Hybrid (50/50) role leading IBP across the Americas, connecting strategy, demand, supply and financial plans into a OnePlan operating model.

You will run the monthly IBP cadence, develop scenario planning, and drive value through process and technology transformation to improve agility, service, profitability and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, or transformation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across commercial, finance, and supply chain.
• Strong financial, commercial, and supply chain acumen.
• ERP/planning tools experience with modern planning platforms.
• Knowledge of Oliver Wight IBP model and governance.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Change leadership with large-scale transformation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own Americas IBP governance framework, calendar, and KPI standards.
• Lead multi-year transformation across people, process, data, and tech.
• Drive standardized planning practices and capability building.
• Lead monthly executive IBP forums and provide recommendations.
• Develop scenario plans and value realization metrics.
• Provide insights to senior leadership and manage risk/opportunity.
• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Champion new operating models and drive adoption across markets.
