McCormick & Company in Hunt Valley, MD, is hiring a Supply Planning Manager for a hybrid role. You will lead the IBP process for the US BFS business, coordinating with the BFS Executive Leadership Team to drive growth and service customers.

We seek 5+ years in planning, strong SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to influence senior levels across functions. This role manages a team and requires exceptional communication and collaboration across distributed sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (SC, business, engineering).
• 5+ years in materials planning, inventory or supply chain planning.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication to convey priorities, risks and recovery actions.
• Able to work in a matrixed environment balancing planning and plant needs.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis for shortages/inventory issues.
• Able to prioritize across multiple plants, portfolios, and demands.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead US BFS IPB process; chair weekly S&OE meetings; balance cost, cash and service.
• Plan for complex, high-volume segments across USBFS and USCPD with ops partners.
• Serve as single contact between commercial and supply chain; aid trade-off decisions.
• Manage and develop direct reports; provide coaching and guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.
