Job summary

McCormick & Company seeks a Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead the Americas demand planning strategy from our Hunt Valley, MD HQ. This hybrid (50/50) role drives the IBP process, collaborates with Finance, Marketing and Sales, and delivers accurate forecasts to meet financial goals.

You will develop long-range volume projections, run monthly reviews, and lead continuous improvement across planning and supply chain. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of planning experience with end-to-end processes.
• Experience in forecasting and Demand Planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 in demand planning and coaching.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to obtain accurate data and drive the IBP process.
• Own monthly Commercial Review/Consensus within the IBP framework and align with leadership.
• Develop long-range volume forecasts and risk/opportunity analyses for financial objectives.
