McCormick & Company is seeking a Sr. Manager Integrated Business Planning & Transformation to lead the IBP capability across the Americas from our Hunt Valley, MD headquarters in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years leadership experience in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, or transformation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and complex cadence management.
• Strong financial, commercial, and supply chain acumen.
• Hands-on ERP/planning tools experience.
• Knowledge of Oliver Wight IBP model and processes.
• Executive presence and stakeholder influence.

• Own Americas IBP governance, calendar, decision rights, and KPI standards.
• Institutionalize IBP cadence and executive decision forums.
• Lead multi-year transformation across people, process, data, and technology.
