Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking a Supply Planning Manager for a hybrid role. You will lead the US BFS IPB process, chair weekly S&OE meetings, and align cost, cash, and service to meet commitments.

The role partners with BFS leadership to support growth targets, coordinates with site planning and operations, and communicates with commercial teams to enable trade-off decisions. Strong communication and matrixed environment experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills to articulate priorities and recovery actions to leadership.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment balancing planning direction with plant needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead US BFS IPB Process; chair weekly S&OE meetings and balance cost, cash, and service.
• Plan for complex, high-volume segments across USBFS and USCPD portfolio; partner with site planning/ops.
• Be the single point of contact between commercial and supply chain; communicate trade-off decisions.
