Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is hiring a Senior Demand Planning Manager in a hybrid (50/50) capacity to lead Americas demand forecasting and IBP processes.

You will drive collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to develop long-range projections and implement continuous improvement in planning. The role requires 8+ years of planning experience and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field of study; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of planning experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
• Experience in (statistical) forecasting and knowledge Demand Planning system preferred.
• Ability to quantify downstream and cross-functional impacts of demand plan changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Commercial Review portion of the IBP process with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to obtain accurate information and develop the demand plan.
• Drive AI/ML forecasting model adoption in collaboration with Data Science.
• Provide long-range volume forecasts and strategic demand planning for Americas region.
