McCormick & Company seeks a Sr. Manager Integrated Business Planning & Transformation in a hybrid 50/50 role at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. You will lead the Americas IBP governance, connecting strategy with demand, supply, and finance to drive a OnePlan/One Number operating model.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in IBP/S&OP with ERP/planning experience; MBA or Oliver Wight IBP certification is a plus. This role focuses on governance, transformation, and value delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, supply chain, finance, commercial strategy, or transformation within CPG/manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and complex enterprise planning cadences.
• Strong financial, commercial, and supply chain acumen with decision-quality judgement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/planning ecosystems and advanced planning tools.
• Knowledge of the Oliver Wight IBP model.
