Job summary

Slalom seeks a Senior Consultant+ to lead supply chain transformations across industries. You will guide IBP and S&OP initiatives, partner with clients to redesign business models, and apply advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve margins and customer experiences.

You’ll diagnose issues from data, run workshops, and deliver holistic solutions spanning analytics, technology, and process. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) is required.
Background in supply chain analytics, sourcing & procurement, planning, logistics & fulfillment, or manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across various industries.
Support and manage initiatives related to IBP and S&OP.
Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and tech.
Diagnose data-driven problems impacting operating margin and deliver value quickly.
Execute across analytics, technology, process, and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
Work independently or as a mentor to ensure successful project delivery.
Build client knowledge and long-term relationships at all levels.
