Job summary

Slalom seeks seasoned supply chain consultants to deliver cross‑industry projects, combining analytics, technology and process design to create measurable value for clients. You will diagnose complex problems, translate insights into practical solutions, and help clients reduce costs and improve service levels across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Experience in IBP/S&OP and cross-functional consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose problems from interviews and data to improve operating margin.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
• Mentor team members and build client relationships at all levels.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
