Job summary

Slalom is a technology and business consulting firm seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to deliver supply chain projects across industries. You will lead initiatives in IBP and S&OP, partner with clients to transform processes using analytics and emerging tech, and drive value quickly through data-driven insights.

Key strengths include supply chain analytics, procurement, leadership, and communication, with a background in engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
Experience with IBP and S&OP is required.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau, SQL, Python or R are pluses.
Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP) a plus.
Willingness to travel depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
Support and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
Partner with clients to transform business models and experiences using analytics and tech.
Diagnose problems from data and interviews to improve operating margin.
Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
Work independently or mentor consultants and clients for successful delivery.
Build client knowledge and long-term trusted relationships.
