Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant in supply chain analytics to deliver cross-industry projects. You’ll guide IBP and S&OP initiatives, partner with clients to transform business models using data and technology, and drive value from interviews, workshops, and data insights.

You will mentor teams, build client relationships, and apply analytics across disciplines to improve operating margins and customer experiences. Travel is possible based on client needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science is required or preferred.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) experience is required for the role.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics/ Fulfillment, or Manufacturing is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support and manage initiatives related to IBP and S&OP.
• Partner with clients to innovate and transform business models using analytics and tech.
• Use data insights to diagnose problems affecting operating margin and deliver value.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project delivery.
• Build client knowledge and relationships at all levels.
