Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join its Global Supply Chain practice in a role that blends analytics, strategy and technology transformation.

You will deliver supply chain projects across industries, lead IBP and S&OP initiatives, and partner with clients to reimagine business models using data-driven insights and emerging technologies. A strong background in supply chain analytics, ERP/TMS/WMS systems, and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• IBP & S&OP experience required.
• Strong background in Supply Chain Analytics or related fields.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of BI tools a plus.
• Experience presenting complex ideas to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose problems from data using interviews and workshops to improve operating margin.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
• Mentor other consultants and clients to ensure project delivery.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships.
