Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in our Global Supply Chain practice to lead initiatives across industries. You will work with clients to transform their supply chains using advanced analytics and emerging technologies, guiding project teams and delivering high-impact results.

The role requires a strong consulting background, IBP and S&OP experience, and the ability to travel as needed. You’ll mentor others and help build lasting client relationships within a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Senior Consultant+ level preferred; IBP and S&OP required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau, SQL, Python or R are a plus.
• Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.) and change management is a plus.
• Track record of presenting complex ideas clearly to senior executives.
• Ability to travel depending on client needs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to innovate and transform business models using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose problems from interviews and data to improve operating margin and deliver value.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design for holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships.
