Job summary

Slalom is seeking a highly motivated Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects across multiple industry sectors. You will partner with clients to implement IBP and S&OP, and to innovate business models using advanced analytics and emerging technologies.

You will diagnose operating margin issues using data, guide cross-functional teams, and build lasting relationships with senior executives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Experience in IBP and S&OP is required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to travel depending on client needs.

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models using analytics and tech.
• Diagnose problems from data and deliver value quickly.
