Job summary

Slalom seeks a technologist with strong supply chain experience to deliver client projects across industries. You will apply IBP and S&OP principles, and leverage analytics and emerging technologies to transform operations and customer experiences.

You will diagnose issues through interviews, workshops and data insights, then design and implement holistic solutions with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Experience with IBP and S&OP is required or highly preferred at senior levels.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing/Procurement, Planning, Logistics/ Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose problems using data from interviews and workshops to improve operating margins.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to deliver holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team or mentor others to ensure project success.
• Build client knowledge and long-term relationships at all levels.
