Slalom is seeking collaborative technologists to deliver supply chain projects across industries in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will leverage IBP and S&OP, apply analytics, and work with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using emerging technologies.

The role emphasizes independent work, mentorship, and building lasting client relationships while delivering measurable value and operating margin improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science is required.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) experience is required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP and S&OP.
• Partner with clients to innovate and transform business models using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose problems from data via interviews and workshops to improve operating margin.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team or mentor other consultants.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships.
