Job summary

CAMERONS COFFEE AND DISTRIBUTI in Shakopee, MN seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead IBP processes, align demand, supply, and capacity, and drive end-to-end planning excellence across the business.

You will partner with sales, marketing, finance, production, and logistics to develop accurate forecasts, optimal inventory, and robust risk mitigation, while mentoring planning teams and delivering measurable KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in SCM or related; master preferred.
• 5–7 years in planning roles with leadership is a plus.
• Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills.
• ERP, MRP, WMS knowledge; Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP process and monthly planning cadence.
• Harmonize forecast, sourcing, inventory, and capacity.
• Develop and lead monthly planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance on demand forecasts.
• Support new product launches with ramp plans.
• Develop production and finished goods plans.
• Monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, fill rate, turnover, obsolescence.
• Identify improvements and implement new processes/tools.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity.
• Mentor planning analysts and leaders; collaborate with executives.
