Job summary

Builders FirstSource seeks a Director of Integrated Business Planning to own SAP IBP, drive demand and supply planning, and optimize inventory across the network. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to ensure plans meet business goals and maximize service while minimizing costs.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, IBP proficiency, and a track record of leading teams in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business or related field required.
• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting or inventory.
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) and CPF preferred.
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends (preferred).
• Experience with SAP IBP preferred; ERP familiarity (SAP ECC/S4HANA) desirable.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Excel/Power BI/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain planning processes including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Lead the SAP IBP implementation, customization and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and finance for operational excellence.
• Lead training, governance, and change management for IBP and planning processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy and service levels.
