Job summary

Cameron’s Coffee enterprise in Minnesota seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead the IBP process and coordinate monthly planning with cross-functional leaders. You will align forecast, sourcing, and capacity to drive growth, earnings, and service levels.

Responsibilities include transitioning to IBP, leading monthly meetings, developing demand forecasts for e-commerce and stores, coordinating sourcing and production plans, and monitoring KPIs while driving continuous improvement and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 5-7 years in supply chain planning or related functions with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ERP/MRP/WMS proficiency.
• Experience with forecasting, S&OP/IBP processes, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize IBP process and monthly planning cadence.
• Harmonize forecast, sourcing, inventory, and capacity to meet objectives.
• Transition from S&OP to IBP and run monthly stakeholder meetings.
• Develop demand forecasts for e-commerce and retail channels.
• Collaborate on green coffee sourcing, production planning, and risk management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement and tool development for planning processes.
