Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning to lead the SAP IBP program and end-to-end supply chain planning. You will own demand planning, inventory optimization, and KPI dashboards to ensure supply chain effectiveness.

A strategic leader will align cross-functional teams with business goals and drive continuous improvement. This role requires extensive experience in supply chain management, SAP IBP, and ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on analytics,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 10–15 years of supply chain experience.
Experience leading SAP IBP implementation and optimization.
Strong data analytics, dashboarding and reporting skills.
Proven leadership of a planning team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
Own SAP IBP implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with IT, procurement, manufacturing and finance to align planning with objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
Mentor and develop a team of supply chain planners and analysts.
Drive governance and standardization of MRP and planning processes.
