Job summary

Cameron's Coffee in Minnesota is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead the IBP process and coordinate with functional leaders to drive a disciplined monthly planning cadence aligned with business objectives.

You will oversee demand planning for e-commerce and retail channels, collaborate on sourcing, production, and logistics, and establish KPIs to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels while mentoring planning analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in supply chain planning or related roles; leadership a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems; MS Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Certifications like APICS CPIM/CSCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the integrated business planning process (IBP) and monthly cadence.
• Harmonize sales forecast, sourcing, inventory, and capacity to support growth.
• Develop and lead the transition from S&OP to IBP with exec stakeholders.
• Collaborate on demand planning for e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
• Partner with production and logistics to align production and finished goods.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
• Mentor planning analysts and drive cross-functional collaboration.
