Job summary
CAMERONS COFFEE AND DISTRIBUTI in Shakopee, MN, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead IBP and optimize monthly planning across sales, sourcing, and production. You will drive end-to-end planning, coordinate with executives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
The role requires 5–7 years in supply chain planning, a Bachelor's degree, strong analytics, and experience with ERP/MRP/WMS, Excel, and Power BI. APICS certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field; master’s preferred.
- 5-7 years in supply chain planning or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS; MS Excel and Power BI.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize IBP process and monthly planning cadence.
- Harmonize sales forecast, sourcing, inventory, and capacity.
- Develop monthly planning process and lead IBP meetings.
- Collaborate on demand forecasts for e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, and logistics for aligned plans.
- Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
