Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Business Systems Lead focused on SAP IBP and demand planning to bridge business needs with technology execution across the project lifecycle. You will ensure delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems in a global, regulated environment.

The role emphasizes IBP design/configuration, collaboration with demand planners, and cross-functional stakeholders, with a preference for Westminster, CO, hybrid work and periodic travel to Colorado campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business systems or technology-enabled roles with demand planning.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP IBP with at least one full-cycle implementation or global rollout.
• Experience translating demand planning needs into IBP design and configuration.
• Experience with vendors, AMS providers, or system integrators; SOX/audit familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery and system enhancements using Agile or Stage Gate governance.
• Support IBP activities across the project lifecycle including design, SIT/UAT, and hypercare.
• Translate demand planning processes into IBP design, configuration, and key figures.
• Provide end-user training and drive adoption of standard technologies.
• Coordinate data governance, integrations, and data migration in support of analytics.
• Support vendor management and cost estimating; assist with roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
