ADP, Inc. seeks a Capacity Planning & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to align demand plans with manufacturing and logistics constraints.

The role bridges sales and marketing goals with supply chain realities to maintain high service levels while optimizing working capital. You will lead the IBP process, own capacity planning, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations across a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in S&OP, demand planning and capacity planning in global manufacturing environments.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Own capacity models, asset utilization tracking, and rough-cut capacity planning to meet demand.
• Stress-test demand changes against material, labor, and machine constraints and run what-if scenarios.
• Govern inventory strategies including safety stock optimization and lead-time management.
• Monitor KPIs (schedule adherence, OTIF, etc.) and drive continuous process improvements.
