Zimmer Biomet is seeking an Associate Director, IBP & Demand Planning to lead the Americas Demand Planning organization and partner with global planning leaders. The role drives accurate forecasts, scenario planning, and IBP maturity while collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to align demand with strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in demand planning.
5+ years of people leadership experience leading managers or planning teams.
Proven experience implementing IBP/S&OP in large, global organizations.
Strong partnership with senior Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations leaders.
Experience with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems; analytics and AI a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the Americas Demand Planning organization and align with global planning teams.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing to deliver accurate forecasts.
Advance scenario planning capabilities and IBP maturity across the business.
Lead Demand Review and IBP activities with cross-functional alignment on outlooks and decisions.
Drive analytics, forecasting excellence, and data-driven decision making.
Coach and develop a high-performing planning team across regions.
Promote standardized planning processes and governance across global teams.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership with actionable insights.
