Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Senior Demand Planner to own the end-to-end Consensus Demand Planning process, lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and supply, and drive a reliable 24-month baseline forecast using KPI metrics and statistical models.

You will manage IBP discussions, hand off to supply planning, monitor inventory risk, and mentor BU leaders and distributors in demand planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply and Logistics or related field.
• Experience in monthly S&OP/IBP processes.
• Proven proficiency with data from ERP systems and demand planning software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Constructs multi-tiered Demand Planning process and collaborates across BU and Sales Geography structures.
• Develops and maintains a rolling 24-month baseline demand forecast leveraging statistical analysis.
• Documents scenario planning for future initiatives and risks (E&O, cannibalization).
• Leads Consensus Meetings and IBP Demand Review.
• Owns handoff to Supply Planning and communicates forecast changes and risks.
