Job summary

Integrated Business Planning Associates (IBP2) in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, seeks an Associate – Planning Services to deliver demand or supply planning outcomes for clients and to help engineer collaboration across teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning / forecasting, preferably in an S&OP structure.
• Experience with large enterprise demand planning and forecasting tools preferred.
• Experience with product lifecycle processes for new products and SKU rationalization.
• Strong written and verbal communication with outside stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the intersection of process, data, tools and technology.
• Proven presentation capabilities in both content and delivery.
• 1+ years of Supply Planning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning inputs to balance inventory and service levels.
• Refine supply policies, master production schedules, purchase requisitions, and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with plant teams to set schedules and sequencing for attainment and adherence.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and sessions to document insights for improvements.
• Analyze end-to-end planning processes across demand and supply in the client’s organization.
• Evaluate planning-related data structures, data models, and tools linked to KPI analysis.
