Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, IBP/S&OP or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global demand planning and US demand planning ownership.
• Manage monthly regional demand planning cycle with data prep and cross-functional reviews.
• Own 24-month forecast horizon for regions, units, or product families.
• Integrate market insights into the demand plan.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and drive improvements.
• Maintain demand plans at SKU, customer, channel, and region levels.
• Provide inputs to inventory management and deployment decisions.
