You will lead governance, adoption, and performance metrics, partnering with IT, Finance, and Analytics to deliver measurable business value and AI-enabled planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in supply chain planning or related disciplines.
• 5+ years SAP IBP experience.
• Experience leading enterprise planning transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP IBP and planning platforms; define multi-year roadmap.
• Govern platform enhancements, releases, and deployments.
• Lead planning transformation across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Executive IBP.
• Drive user adoption, training, and governance metrics.
• Evaluate AI-enabled planning and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and exec leadership.
