Qualifications

• 10+ years in DP and IBP roles with demonstrated leadership.
• Excellent communication with emphasis on executive-level presentations.
• Strategic, cross-functional thinker who adds value.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide insights to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and an IBP process across Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Drive forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and proactive risk management.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and enable informed decisions.
• Develop executive roll-ups and KPI scorecards to track progress.
• Own end-to-end IBP/S&OP process and related planning systems.
