Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the end-to-end monthly Consensus Demand Planning process across global functions. You will develop rolling 24-month forecasts, document scenarios for new initiatives, and drive consensus with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply.

You will coach BU leaders and key customers in Demand Planning and Demand Control/Execution, ensuring timely handoffs to Supply Planning and managing risk through S&OP cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply and Logistics or related field.
• 8+ years in demand planning in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Experience in monthly S&OP/IBP processes.
• APICS/ASCM/IBF certification a plus.
• Proficient with ERP data (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Logility, O9) and Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Constructs and leads the end-to-end monthly Consensus Demand Planning process across global functions.
• Develops a rolling 24-month baseline demand forecast using stats and cross-functional inputs.
• Creates scenario planning for new initiatives and cannibalization effects.
• Secures consensus demand plan with sales, marketing, finance, and supply.
• Coaches BU leaders and key customers in Demand Planning and Execution.
