Williamson Health seeks a RN IBD Navigator for WHMG Gastroenterology in Franklin, TN. This full-time day position coordinates IBD therapy, referrals, authorizations, and patient education within the infusion and specialty-pharmacy ecosystem.

The role requires Tennessee RN licensure and at least 1 year in a medical office setting, with strong organizational and communication skills. On-site position with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiates biologic therapy process for IBD patients.
• Reviews biologic therapy packets and educates patients on referrals and responsibilities.
• Notifies providers of renewals; submits prescriptions to specialty pharmacy or infusion center.
• Completes prior authorizations for biologic therapies and drafts letters for denials.
• Assists with Patient Assistance Program paperwork for eligible patients.
• Triages nurse line calls and patient portal messages promptly.
• Maintains IBD biologic patient tracking spreadsheets.
• Administers Hepatitis B vaccines to IBD patients and supports clinics.
• Coordinates referrals to GI specialty clinics as directed by practitioners.
• Monitors clinic processes for quality improvement and suggests changes.
