Job summary

Quadcode is a fintech company delivering trading products as a SaaS platform with a global team of 500+ professionals. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to recruit, onboard, and nurture IBs and partners across the MENA region, optimizing CPA/RevShare models and exploring new growth opportunities.

The role offers remote work with long-term collaboration, high autonomy, and performance-based bonuses. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as an affiliate manager or in business development within Forex/CFD.
• Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, structured approach, and fluency in English.
