Job summary

Quadcode is seeking an IB & Affiliate Manager to expand our partner network across key markets, including the Middle East. This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours and a service-provider contract.

You will search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms, and support partners through activation and ongoing work. You will monitor performance, negotiate deals, and identify growth opportunities, using CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an affiliate manager or business development in Forex/CFD.
• Understanding of regulated broker operations.
• Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with affiliate models CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
• Fluency in English.

About the Team

We are looking for an IB & Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our partner network across key markets, including the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• - From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD
• - Understanding of regulated broker operations
• - Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage
• - Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• -Fluency in English
• - Strong communication and structured approach
• - Proactive and results-oriented mindset
