Job summary

Quadcode is seeking an Affiliate Manager (MENA) to build and scale our partner network for Affstore. You will source, onboard and manage affiliates, drive CPA/RevShare campaigns, and analyze performance to fuel growth.

This remote role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and currency options (EUR/USD) for compensation. Ideal candidates have Forex/broker affiliate experience, strong relationship-building and sales skills, and English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience building and scaling affiliate networks in fintech or forex is essential.
• Ability to manage CPA/RevShare partnerships and payout processes.
• Strong communication and sales skills to attract and convert partners.

Responsibilities

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates within MENA markets.
• Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates and partners.
• Coordinate payout processes with affiliates and monitor activity for fraud.
• Produce reports and analyze performance to drive growth.
