Job summary

DB Financial is seeking a driven sales professional to join our remote Forex trading team. You will contact prospects, convert leads, and cultivate long-term client relationships across global markets.

You’ll manage client portfolios, recommend trading products, and work toward monthly targets, while staying compliant with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate CRM records. English fluency is essential, with Arabic a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in Forex/CFD or financial services preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase retention and trading activity.
• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable trading products.
• Follow up with inactive clients and re-engage them.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date with market trends, company products, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English Native Arabic Speaker Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory, with relevant experience.
