Job summary

The IATF System Administrator at Trelleborg Group is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and auditing of the Quality Management System across North America. You will coordinate product and process audits, support internal audits, and drive corrective actions related to customer complaints while acting as a back-up for documentation resources.

Proven experience with IATF 16949 audits or ISO 9001 internal audits, strong data analysis, and excellent communication are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions or ISO 9001 internal auditing.
• IATF 16949:2015 auditor certification is a plus.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications required.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing/lean environments a plus.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and maintain IATF documentation for audits.
• Lead weekly internal product and process audits at LCA.
• Provide training and answer documentation inquiries.
• Lead corrective/preventive actions for customer complaints.
• Perform dock audits to support defect containment.
• Collect data for monthly quality metrics and site performance.
• Apply poke-yoke and mistake-proofing as needed.
• Utilize statistical/analytical methods in analyses.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication with teams.
• Work independently and meet deadlines.
