Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years in manufacturing/automotive preferred.
• Experience supporting or maintaining an IATF 16949 certified QMS and internal audits.
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site's IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• Lead internal system, process, product, and supplier audits.
• Coordinate document control activities and ensure revision management.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and verify effectiveness.
• Support CSR updates and integration into procedures and processes.
• Prepare executive summaries and KPI reporting.
