Job summary

Genworth is seeking a Senior Director to define and execute the company’s IAM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture. You will lead modernization efforts focused on cloud transformation, automation, and reducing technical debt, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and AI.

The role requires strategic leadership for IGA, PAM, and JIT access, with a focus on integrating IAM standards into the broader technology strategy while managing enterprise-scale security services across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, with 10+ years of progressive IAM experience.
Experience leading senior technical professionals and managing enterprise security services.
Deep expertise in identity governance, IAM, PAM, and hybrid identity environments with regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Establish enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) framework with lifecycle management and audit readiness.
Provide strategic leadership for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access capabilities.
Drive technology rationalization, platform consolidation, and process automation to reduce complexity and lower total cost of ownership.
