Job summary

GM Financial is seeking a senior IAM leader to drive the design, engineering, and operation of enterprise IAM platforms across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role collaborates with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identities and compliant access controls.

The position emphasizes Zero Trust, least privilege, and the modernization of IAM services, including AD, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and PKI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading IAM engineering teams across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk and PKI.
• Proven ability to implement Zero Trust and least-privilege security models.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform engineering, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee AD architecture, governance, and SailPoint integrations.
• Drive privileged access management and authentication services.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness across IAM programs.
