Genworth is seeking a Senior Director of Identity and Access Management to lead strategy and architecture for critical security capabilities. You will set standards for authentication, authorization, governance, and privileged access, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.

You will ensure IAM practices align with regulatory requirements and scale with the business. You will own performance, resiliency, and modernization of IAM services, balance strategic leadership with hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across cybersecurity, IAM, security engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams responsible for complex security services.
• Deep expertise in identity governance, IAM, PAM, and least-privilege
• Experience in regulated environments with SOX/audit awareness.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the IAM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture to support growth and compliance.
• Lead modernization initiatives focusing on cloud, automation, and reduced identity debt.
• Govern IAM lifecycle, access governance, and audit readiness across applications and platforms.
• Provide strategic leadership for PAM, PIM, and Just-In-Time access to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infra, Cloud, and EA teams to embed identity in Zero Trust.
