Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Senior Principal, Identity & Access Management Strategy & Product Management to drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and governance for IAM capabilities. You will partner with cyber security leadership, technology, risk, and compliance to advance IAM maturity and adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in Cyber Security, IAM, Product Management, or related fields.
• Enterprise-scale IAM initiatives and transformation experience.
• Deep understanding of IAM architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing technology strategy, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity plan.
• Own product strategy and lifecycle management for IAM capabilities and services.
• Lead governance forums and align IAM priorities with enterprise objectives.
• Drive large-scale IAM transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Ensure IAM capabilities align with regulatory requirements and control frameworks.
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting for IAM services.
