Genworth Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Identity and Access Management to shape the enterprise IAM strategy, modernize identity capabilities, and drive governance across authentication, authorization, and access controls.

The role reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and AI and requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will own the performance, resilience, and modernization of IAM services, partnering with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across cybersecurity, IAM, security engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams responsible for enterprise security services.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute enterprise strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s IAM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
• Lead identity modernization initiatives focused on cloud transformation and reduced technical debt.
• Govern IGA framework with lifecycle management, access governance, and audit readiness.
• Provide strategic leadership for PAM, PIM, and JIT access to reduce risk and strengthen controls.
• Own the governance of Genworth's identity platforms and programs.
